Website Maintenance Service Agreement

This Website Maintenance Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Sinra Brands, hereinafter referred to as the “Client,” and Your Company, hereinafter referred to as the “Company.”

Services Provided

The Company agrees to provide website maintenance services to the Client. The services included in this agreement are as follows:

 

  • 24/7 Uptime Monitoring: The Company will monitor the Client’s website for uptime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • 24/7 Site Updates: The Company will perform necessary updates to the website content, plugins, and other elements to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
  • Monthly Hosting Coverage: The Company will cover the costs associated with hosting the Client’s website through their preferred hosting provider.
  • Annual Domain Renewal Coverage: The Company will cover the costs of renewing the Client’s domain on an annual basis through their preferred domain provider.
  • Revisions: The Client is entitled to 4 major revisions per month and unlimited minor revisions. Major revisions are defined as substantial changes to the website’s design and functionality.

Payment

  • The Client agrees to pay a monthly fee of $50 for the website maintenance services.
  • Client agrees to have a card on file for the duration of their website maintenance subscription.
  • Payment is due on the day the website maintenance was originally requested of each month.
  • Invoices will be sent to the Client electronically.

Term and Termination

  • This Agreement shall have an initial term of 1 year from the Effective Date.
  • The Agreement will automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days before the end of the term.
  • Signing up for website maintenance services through Sinra Brands requires a minimum commitment of 12 months. If the Client wishes to terminate the Agreement before the end of the initial term, an early termination fee of $400 or the remaining terms of the Agreement (whichever is less) shall apply. Due to hosting and domain provider contractual agreements, clients may not cancel for any reason within their first year of hosting or domain ownership.

Early Termination Discount Repayment

If the Client received a discount on the website development as part of this subscription agreement, and they terminate the Agreement before the completion of the first year, they agree to pay the full price of the website development.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
